InMotion

InMotion has developed a cell-level cooling technology to facilitate ‘Electric Refueling’ which makes it possible to charge an electrical race car in just under 4 minutes.

InMotion is a studentteam with around 20 students that pauze their study to work on the goal to accelerate the energy transition in the automotive industry for a year. As marketing manager, I was responsible for all external communications, both online and offline. I facilitated that external parties left with a positive impression of InMotion. Examples include the website, designing the livery, and communication through various social media channels, as well as thinking about and shaping InMotion’s global image.

In this team, I made great personal strides. I learned how to manage a small team and how to work in a multidisciplinary team of students from more than eight different disciplines, preparing me for the workfield. I got familiar with different marketing strategies and developed the skill to convey a message to several target audiences. I significantly grew in maintaining partner relationships, content-creating, making graphic designs, editing videos, adhering to the branding of InMotion and creating brandings for events.
